Harry writes about the opposition as well as other problems that
were encountered while producing the books. The 23 illustrations, some
double-page, which accompany the text provide examples from most of the
titles. Tom Colverson adds a Foreword and Dennis Hall an afterword and
there is also a complete bibliography.
The book is set in Palatino, laser printed on Mohawk Superfine paper with the
cover printed by litho (as laser printing tends to crack on the folds), 32 pages,
plus printed endpapers, size 300 x 165 mm.
98 copies, paperbound, signed and numbered.
